TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this thoroughly before submitting your form.✩ I will NOT draw the following: extremely detailed mecha, furry, nsfw (this can be negotiated depending to what degree, but generally the answer will be no).✩ All prices and payments are in USD.✩ All commissions will be paid in full before I begin the commission. If you are unable to pay in full, the commission will be declined.✩ Refunds are only available IF I HAVE NOT begun the sketching process of the commission. Once I begin (which you will be notified that I have), refunds will NOT be available.✩ If there is a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know so I can confirm whether or not the commission can be completed within that time frame!✩ Depending on the type of commission, there will be a limited number of sketch revisions. All revisions thereafter will have a fee. (Please see the commission options for the number of free revisions for each type and fees).✩ You may ask for updates whenever you wish, but please be aware that I may be unable to respond immediately.✩ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale.
You may pay to have complete rights of the design for commercial use, however a contract and fee will have to be filled out and agreed on prior to usage.✩ If you redistribute the commissioned work(s) without paying the release fees/break the contract that was agreed upon, I reserve the right to decline future commissions.✩ If you would like to post the commissioned work (non-commercial purposes only), please do so while crediting me and using the watermarked version of the commissioned work (this will be provided to you).✩ I reserve the right to decline/request removal of any commission that I see fit or is not in compliance with my terms.✩ By commissioning me, you have read and agree to all terms of service listed here.I ask that you are respectful to me and my terms, and I will return the respect to you!
